Practice Manager – Low-Code & Automation

Our current team consists of 5 experienced consultants and developers specializing in Webcon and Power Platform. The team efficiently manages a growing project pipeline with increasing demand for low-code solutions.

• 6+ years of experience in low-code / workflow / BPM, including 2–3 years as a team leader.
• Experience working in a consulting or software house.
• Experience managing teams of 5–10 people.
• Documented work in at least one of the following: Webcon, UiPath, Power Platform.
• Understanding of integrations at architecture level: REST API, connectors, M365/SharePoint, ERP systems like SAP or Dynamics.
• Ability to set boundaries between low-code and high-code solutions and justify these decisions.
• Knowledge of design issues related to environments, standards, documentation, and handover for maintenance.
• Experience working with international clients.
• Communicative proficiency in Polish and English.
• Experience with process mining.

• Build a cohesive and complementary business line from the Webcon and Power Platform teams.

• Define and maintain delivery standards for solutions.

• Ability to conduct initial meetings with business stakeholders.

• Basic process mapping using BPMN.

• Define project scope, estimation, and defend pricing during valuation and RFP participation.
