Wymagania
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Experience with integration projects and understanding of system architecture (REST/SOAP)
- Knowledge of BPMN and UML with ability to create and interpret diagrams
- Ability to work at the business–IT interface
- Knowledge of SQL and ability to work with data
- Experience conducting workshops and gathering requirements from business stakeholders
- High communication skills and proactive requirement challenging
- Experience with modeling tools (e.g., Enterprise Architect) or documentation tools (Confluence, Jira)
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- English language proficiency minimum B2
Nice to have:
- Experience in fixed price projects
- Knowledge of AI tools supporting business analysis and documentation
- Experience in large-scale enterprise environments
- Knowledge of WFM (Workforce Management) or HR support systems
Obowiązki
- Gathering, refining, and validating business requirements from clients
- Collaborating actively with business, challenging requirements and proposing alternatives
- Analyzing business processes and identifying areas for improvement
- Working with technical teams (developers, testers) to implement changes
- Creating analytical documentation (specifications, user stories, use cases)
- Modeling processes using BPMN and UML
- Supporting test case analysis and verification of solutions
- Participating in integration and application modernization projects for clients
- Conducting workshops and meetings with business stakeholders
- Using AI-supported tools (e.g., for requirement analysis and documentation) to increase efficiency
- Participating in planning and estimation of tasks in Agile/Scrum methodology
