Wymagania
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in sales operations, business planning, data analysis, or similar commercial strategy roles.
- 2 years of experience with program management.
- Experience with SQL or other data querying languages.
- Experience with sales planning tools.
- Experience working with datasets.
Nice to have:
- Experience with tools such as Anaplan or Salesforce.
- Executive communication and stakeholder management experience.
- Familiarity with the EMEA Public Cloud commercial landscape and macroeconomic trends.
- Knowledge of Google Cloud Product Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple operational deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills to translate complex data into clear summaries for stakeholders.
Obowiązki
- Execute key operational processes related to EMEA GTM strategy implementation by pulling and analyzing account data, updating territory assignments, and managing quota cascade.
- Collaborate with Regional Sales Operations to ensure data alignment and resolve discrepancies during the annual planning cycle.
- Identify and document best practices to standardize sales planning processes across EMEA markets.
- Act as a topic matter expert on systems, processes, data pipelines, policies, and tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across the organization.
Benefity
- Salary in Ireland: €94,000 - €96,000 (EUR) plus 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
- Salary in Poland: zł232,000 - zł237,000 (PLN) plus 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
