EMEA Sales Planning Analyst

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience in sales operations, business planning, data analysis, or similar commercial strategy roles.
• 2 years of experience with program management.
• Experience with SQL or other data querying languages.
• Experience with sales planning tools.
• Experience working with datasets.

Nice to have:

• Experience with tools such as Anaplan or Salesforce.
• Executive communication and stakeholder management experience.
• Familiarity with the EMEA Public Cloud commercial landscape and macroeconomic trends.
• Knowledge of Google Cloud Product Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple operational deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills to translate complex data into clear summaries for stakeholders.

• Execute key operational processes related to EMEA GTM strategy implementation by pulling and analyzing account data, updating territory assignments, and managing quota cascade.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Operations to ensure data alignment and resolve discrepancies during the annual planning cycle.
• Identify and document best practices to standardize sales planning processes across EMEA markets.
• Act as a topic matter expert on systems, processes, data pipelines, policies, and tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across the organization.
