Wymagania
- Strong experience in PMO, portfolio management, or programme governance within complex global organizations.
- Excellent senior stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong financial management experience, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Experience with portfolio reporting, risks, dependencies, and resource planning.
- Ability to turn complex data into clear executive-level reports and recommendations.
- Good understanding of technology infrastructure, cloud, platforms, or related technology environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Obowiązki
- Monitor portfolio health, delivery plans, risks, issues, dependencies, and key milestones.
- Partner with senior stakeholders, Programme/Project Managers, and Transformation Leads.
- Drive accurate portfolio planning, governance, and executive-level reporting.
- Support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance management.
- Support resource capacity, supply, and demand planning.
- Identify cross-programme dependencies and thematic risks.
- Ensure programmes follow relevant governance frameworks and standards.
- Support annual planning and continuous improvement of PMO processes.
