Expert IT Analyst (Core Banking/T24)

Jit Team is a Polish IT company employing over 770 experts, delivering innovative IT solutions with specialized teams worldwide. The client is a leading financial group in the Nordic countries with a global presence, strongly emphasizing Scandinavian culture, work-life balance, and international teams using English daily. The role supports a major Core Banking Transformation Program replacing legacy systems with a unified Core Banking Platform, engaging more than 200 Jit personnel across over 60 projects.

• 10+ years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst and/or Senior IT Analyst
• Hands-on experience with Temenos T24 / Transact
• Experience within the banking sector, preferably in a large financial institution
• Strong knowledge of banking products and processes
• Experience working in large-scale programs involving 300+ participants
• Ability to work independently in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders
• Fluent English

• Gather, analyze, and document business and IT requirements
• Translate requirements into features, user stories, and functional specifications
• Drive requirements from discovery through documentation to handover for development
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams
• Identify dependencies and support delivery within a large transformation program
