  • Strong skills in business and functional requirements gathering and documentation.
  • Experience preparing business and functional requirements, user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, process flows, data mappings, interface specifications, and test scenarios.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Effective communication with business and technical audiences.

  • Knowledge of ISO 20022 Corporate Action messages (seev.).
  • Experience with Broadridge configuration or functional analysis.
  • SQL and data analysis experience.

Obowiązki

  • Analyze and document Corporate Actions processes, workflows, and system interactions.
  • Gather, clarify, and translate business needs into detailed functional and system requirements.
  • Support processing of mandatory, mandatory-with-options, and voluntary Corporate Actions events.
  • Analyze the end-to-end Corporate Actions lifecycle including event announcement, validation, eligibility, election processing, instruction management, payment, booking, reconciliation, and closure.
  • Review and analyze processing within Broadridge platforms and connected systems.
  • Analyze data mappings, interfaces, and message flows including SWIFT Corporate Action messages.
  • Investigate issues, identify root causes, and recommend solutions.
  • Define business rules, validation, reconciliation controls, and exception-handling processes.
  • Produce functional specifications, process documentation, user stories, acceptance criteria, and data mapping documentation.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Product Owners, Development, Architecture, and Testing teams.
  • Support system and user acceptance testing including scenario creation and defect analysis.
  • Contribute to platform migrations, system implementations, and process improvement initiatives.
