Wymagania
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in sales operations, business planning, data analysis, or a similar commercial strategy role.
- 2 years of program management experience.
- Experience with SQL or other data querying languages.
- Experience with sales planning tools and working with datasets.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with tools such as Anaplan or Salesforce.
- Executive communication and stakeholder management experience.
- Knowledge of Google Cloud Product Suite.
- Familiarity with EMEA Public Cloud commercial landscape and macroeconomic trends.
- Ability to work in a changing environment with multiple operational deadlines.
- Strong investigative skills for translating complex data into clear summaries.
Obowiązki
- Execute operational processes related to EMEA go-to-market (GTM) strategy including pulling and analyzing account data, updating territory assignments, and managing quota cascade.
- Collaborate with Regional Sales Operations to ensure data alignment and resolve discrepancies during the annual planning cycle.
- Identify and document best practices to standardize sales planning processes across EMEA markets.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on systems, processes, data pipelines, policies, and tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across the organization.
Benefity
- Salary for Ireland: €118000 - €120000 (EUR) plus 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
- Salary for Poland: zł340000 - zł348000 (PLN) plus 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
