Senior EMEA Sales Planning Analyst

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of experience in sales operations, business planning, data analysis, or a similar commercial strategy role.
• 2 years of program management experience.
• Experience with SQL or other data querying languages.
• Experience with sales planning tools and working with datasets.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with tools such as Anaplan or Salesforce.
• Executive communication and stakeholder management experience.
• Knowledge of Google Cloud Product Suite.
• Familiarity with EMEA Public Cloud commercial landscape and macroeconomic trends.
• Ability to work in a changing environment with multiple operational deadlines.
• Strong investigative skills for translating complex data into clear summaries.

• Execute operational processes related to EMEA go-to-market (GTM) strategy including pulling and analyzing account data, updating territory assignments, and managing quota cascade.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Operations to ensure data alignment and resolve discrepancies during the annual planning cycle.
• Identify and document best practices to standardize sales planning processes across EMEA markets.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on systems, processes, data pipelines, policies, and tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across the organization.
