Business Analyst

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
• Experience with integration projects and understanding of system architecture (REST, SOAP)
• Knowledge of BPMN and UML with ability to create and interpret diagrams
• Ability to work at the business-IT interface
• Knowledge of SQL and ability to work with data
• Experience conducting workshops and gathering requirements from business stakeholders
• Strong communication skills and proactive requirement challenging
• Experience with modeling tools (e.g., Enterprise Architect) or documentation tools (Confluence, Jira)
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology
• High analytical skills and attention to detail
• English proficiency at minimum B2 level

Nice to have:

• Experience with fixed-price projects
• Familiarity with AI tools supporting business analysis, requirement management, and documentation
• Experience in large, complex enterprise environments
• Knowledge of WFM (Workforce Management) systems or HR process support solutions

• Collecting, refining, and validating business requirements from clients
• Actively collaborating with the business, challenging requirements, and proposing alternatives
• Analyzing business processes and identifying improvement areas
• Cooperating with technical teams (developers, testers) during change implementation
• Creating analytical documentation (specifications, user stories, use cases)
• Modeling processes using BPMN and UML
• Supporting analysis and preparation of test cases and solution verification
• Participating in integration projects and application construction/modernization for clients
• Conducting workshops and meetings with business stakeholders
• Utilizing AI-supported tools (e.g., for requirement analysis, documentation) to increase work efficiency
• Participating in task planning and estimation within Agile/Scrum methodology

Zgoda na przetwarzanie danych osobowych może zostać wycofana w dowolnym momencie.
