Python Software Engineer - Integrations

John Deere is developing its Business Service Center and is seeking a Python Software Engineer to work in Poznań, Poland, focused on IT payroll integrations.

• 4+ years of experience with integration technologies such as Python, CPI, GitHub, AWS tools, Databricks, containerization.
• Experience in design, integration, development, and testing of mid-complex software solutions.
• Ability to develop, code, configure, and test SaaS system extensions and internal integrations.
• Good understanding of application development and databases like EDL, data management, and infrastructure.
• Ability to apply engineering principles and concepts in designs.
• Good understanding of HR/LR, Time, and Payroll processes.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills in English.
• Openness to work with global Product teams.

Nice to have:

• Working knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors global platform.
• Proven experience integrating between SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, and non-SAP applications.
• Strong interpersonal communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience collaborating with multiple business stakeholders for IT solutions.
• Experience configuring and implementing system execution/quality monitoring tools.
• Experience with change management principles like Lean Service management.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent experience.

• Design and implement solutions to support payroll systems adhering to technical standards.
• Drive integration and software development activities around ADP Global View and SuccessFactors.
• Participate in and lead code reviews.
• Resolve system issues through analysis of hardware and software impacts.
• Participate in Scrum team discussions to develop technical solutions for HR/Payroll using SAP HCM technology.
• Support and guide business partners in implementing end-to-end integration between SuccessFactors and ADP Global View Payroll.
• Configure and test SaaS system extensions and internally developed programs and integrations.
• Evaluate and implement solutions to improve software cost, quality, and performance.
• Follow Deere Agile methodology for development and documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure features meet business needs.
