SAP Technical Solutions Analyst

John Deere Polska is developing its Business Service Center, focusing on supporting enterprise finance processes worldwide with globally used SAP Finance solutions. The company operates in the industry of agricultural and infrastructure solutions, with a presence in EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa).

• Good hands-on knowledge of SAP Finance, with solid working knowledge in Finance & Accounting areas such as General Ledger, Tax, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
• Basic software development skills with practical coding experience, preferably with SAP ABAP; exposure to SAP Fiori or similar is a plus.
• Experience configuring SAP FI/CO, including customization within the SAP Implementation Guide (IMG).
• Beneficial experience with SAP S/4HANA and Central Finance (CFIN) environments.
• Basic knowledge and initial experience with agile work methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
• Good knowledge of creating technical specifications.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• Completed university degree or comparable qualification with over 4 years of professional experience.

• Ability to maintain calm and objectivity in difficult discussions and convince stakeholders without direct authority.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

• Support IT-enabled operational business processes in Accounting & Finance for John Deere's Region 2 (EMEA) and participate in global enterprise-wide implementations.
• Configure, develop, and test solutions and enhancements in SAP-based Finance applications to deliver end-to-end functionality.
• Evaluate, design, and implement SAP application enhancements to improve cost, quality, and performance of Finance software.
• Work using agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban), collaborating closely with Developers, Delivery Lead, Scrum Master, and Product Owner on development and enhancement requirements.
• Create professional documentation in English.
