Software Engineer - AI Solutions

John Deere Polska is developing its Business Service Center and is focused on addressing global challenges related to food, fiber, and infrastructure for a growing urban population by investing in technology and people.

• 3+ years of full stack hands-on experience in Python, JavaScript, and React.
• 3+ years of experience with CI/CD tools, particularly GitHub.
• Experience with LLM concepts including prompt engineering, API-based model usage, and basics of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
• Experience working with APIs, databases, and modern backend systems.
• Familiarity with agentic coding and agentic coding tools.
• Strong communication skills and a product-oriented mindset.

Nice to have:

• Hands-on experience with AI agents or A2A frameworks.
• Experience in multi-modal full stack multi-agent applications.
• Comfortable operating in fast-moving environments with evolving requirements.
• Strong curiosity and willingness to learn new tools and frameworks.

• Work closely and sometimes lead scrum teams and digital product owners to analyze business needs to define and refine software requirements.
• Apply system development methodology to identify, analyze, design, build, configure, test, and deploy high complexity solutions.
• Draw out specifications for integrated software solutions.
• Drive collaboration across teams and business stakeholders.
• Follow Agile/Scrum software development methodologies.
• Maintain and create system documentation.
• Provide production support for products including integrations and customizations.
• Learn and teach the latest and legacy tech stack according to enterprise guidelines and product needs.
