Solution Architect

John Deere Polska is developing the John Deere Business Service Center in Poznań and is investing in technology and people to address global challenges such as food, fiber, and infrastructure supply for a growing population.

• Over 5 years of experience designing and delivering enterprise solutions including SAP S/4HANA, BTP, Integration Suite, and related SAP technologies.
• Strong understanding of solution architecture, integration patterns, APIs, cloud technologies, data platforms, and enterprise application ecosystems.
• Experience creating technology roadmaps, defining future-state architectures, balancing business value, scalability, security, maintainability, and cost.
• Hands-on experience with proofs of concept, troubleshooting complex issues, and validating and implementing solutions.
• Knowledge of architecture governance practices including architecture modeling and technical decision records (TDRs).
• Ability to translate business objectives into practical technical solutions and influence cross-team decisions.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of AI-enabled solutions, automation technologies, and emerging technology trends.
• Full-stack troubleshooting and analysis experience within complex enterprise environments.
• Experience working in Agile delivery models and close collaboration with product and engineering teams.

• Lead the design of modern Finance solutions and future-state architectures to enable scalable, secure, and intelligent digital capabilities.
• Lead architecture decisions, define solution patterns, technology standards, and create roadmaps aligning business and technology strategy.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and identify value creation opportunities with AI, data, automation, and modernization.
• Work hands-on with proofs of concept, technology evaluations, and architecture experiments.
• Partner with business stakeholders to simplify processes, modernize platforms, and improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with engineers, product teams, and architects to deliver secure, reliable, and maintainable solutions.
• Support delivery teams through implementation and solve complex technical challenges.
• Share technical knowledge, mentor team members, and promote architecture best practices.
