Senior French-Speaking Business Analyst & Project Manager – Financial Services

The position is based in Krakow with a hybrid work model. The role supports a leading financial services organization, focused on transformation initiatives within the banking sector.

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, or related roles within Financial Services or Banking.
• Fluent French language skills (spoken and written).
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships across French-speaking environments.
• Strong transformation skills, including Business Analysis and/or Project Management expertise.
• Clear, structured, and proactive communication style.
• Solution-oriented mindset with excellent stakeholder management capabilities.

Nice to have:

• Domain knowledge in Asset Management, Wealth or Private Banking.
• Background in Investment Banking or Capital Markets.
• Communicative English language skills.

• Lead and facilitate meetings with multiple French-speaking stakeholders to ensure alignment and proactive communication.
• Drive transformation projects, applying Business Analysis and Project Management methodologies to deliver tangible results.
• Manage stakeholder relationships with clarity, professionalism, and solution-oriented communication.
• Deliver end-to-end projects within Financial Services / Banking environments, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
• Analyze business needs, identify gaps, and propose strategic solutions to optimize processes.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and report progress to senior management.
