• Minimum 6 years of experience in business analysis or requirements management.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in transformation projects involving business and IT collaboration.
• Experience in business process modeling and defining business and system requirements.
• Very good knowledge of BPMN, UML, or related modeling notations.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies and backlog management.
• Ability to conduct analytical workshops and align requirements with stakeholders.
• Experience preparing analytical and project documentation.
• Knowledge of the lifecycle of IT system changes.
• Ability to analyze business, process, and system dependencies.
• Experience in business testing and IT solution implementations.
• Knowledge of claims handling processes or the insurance sector.

• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level.

• Analyze and model business processes related to claims handling, identifying areas for optimization and automation.
