Technical Program Manager III

Google's Technical Infrastructure team is responsible for developing and maintaining data centers and building the next generation of Google platforms to support Google's product portfolio and ensure optimal user experience.

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in technical program management or a related domain.
• 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
• Proven ability to independently define projects, set up processes, and execute within timelines with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to work on tasks that are not clearly defined and drive clarity within those initiatives.
• Demonstrated strong performance with increasing responsibility and independence in prior roles.

• Scope, organize and track execution in ambiguous cross-functional and cross-organizational programs to ensure successful and timely delivery.
• Identify process improvements for scale and efficiency; measure impact and create visibility and alignment in teams.
• Track progress, unblock dependencies, identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks, and implement solutions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams in execution and OKR planning, driving accountability.
• Provide clear communication to teams and executive stakeholders about project status, risks, mitigation plans, and escalations.
