Business Unit Technical Manager

Reply specialises in designing and implementing solutions based on new communication channels and digital media. It is structured as a network of highly specialised companies supporting leading European industrial groups in sectors such as Telco & Media, Industry and Services, Banking and Insurance, and Public Administration. Reply helps define and develop business models enabled by new paradigms such as AI, Cloud Computing, Digital Media, and the Internet of Things. Its services include Consulting, System Integration, and Digital Services.

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• At least 5 years in consulting or professional services within SAP environments.
• Experience leading and developing consulting or delivery teams of at least 8-10 people.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Customer Experience solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, FSM, Commerce Cloud, Emarsys).
• Hands-on experience in project delivery as a Consultant, Solution Architect, or Delivery Lead.
• Solid understanding of solution architecture, project delivery, and delivery management.
• Knowledge of delivery methodologies including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and SAP Activate.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills in international environments.
• Experience supporting pre-sales activities, solution design, estimations, and business growth initiatives.
• Good communication skills in English and Polish.
• Openness to visit Katowice office weekly.

• Lead and develop the Polish SAP CX Business Unit including team management, coaching, performance reviews, and recruitment.
• Act as the key liaison between the Polish BU, UK management, and Reply Polska.
• Mentor and support team members in professional, consulting, functional, and technical development.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and talent growth.
• Deliver customer projects as Senior Consultant, Solution Architect, or Delivery Lead.
• Provide delivery oversight, solution architecture guidance, risk management, project planning, estimation, and resourcing.
• Lead solution design, architecture, and implementation activities for SAP CX solutions.
• Support project planning, estimation, resource allocation, and adherence to delivery methodologies.
• Develop and strengthen SAP CX capabilities within the Business Unit.
• Support pre-sales activities including workshops, solution design, proposals, estimations, demonstrations, and customer engagement.
