Senior Java Developer – AI Integration and Microservices

Our client is a leader in the insurance industry focused on revolutionizing claims management with technology innovation.

• Minimum 4 years experience in Java enterprise development
• Strong knowledge of Spring and Spring Boot
• Experience with microservices architecture and basic Kubernetes knowledge
• Proficiency with GIT, relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL), and transactional data systems
• Experience with testing tools such as JUnit, Spock, Testcontainers, and automated CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with messaging systems and asynchronous integration
• Proven ability to work autonomously with ownership mindset
• Experience delivering AI-based solutions or integrating ML/LLM services

Nice to have:

• Experience with Angular 14+ for full-stack development
• Expertise in designing AI solutions considering security and compliance
• Product-oriented mindset with understanding of business processes

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Java services using Java 8/11/17/21 and Spring Boot frameworks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and deliver scalable microservices
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation
• Implement architectures based on DDD, CQRS, Hexagonal Architecture, and EDA
• Utilize containerization and orchestration tools like Kubernetes
• Develop and integrate AI-enabled components including automation and classification modules
• Actively contribute to Agile/Scrum teams, delivering features with ownership
• Drive product stability and continuous improvement in production environments
