Airbus Operations SAS, based in Kraków, Poland, has established a new Commercial Aircraft Engineering Center. This position is part of the Airbus Global Graduate Programme, a two-year development journey focused on professional skills, business acumen, technical abilities, and leadership potential in the aeronautical propulsion domain.

• Degree or equivalent in a relevant field (master in aeronautical or mechanical engineering)
• Recent graduation or first professional experience in aeronautics or mechanical engineering
• Deep technical interest in propulsion and aspiration for a technical leadership role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Desire to work collaboratively and drive future innovation
• Critical thinking and willingness to speak up and suggest improvements
• Emotional intelligence and humility
• Self-awareness and proactive approach to personal development

• Prepare the future by developing tomorrow’s sustainable propulsion technologies
• Enrich technical competences on complex aircraft propulsion products
• Help solve technical issues from production teams and airlines worldwide
• Develop stakeholder management skills by interfacing with engine and nacelle manufacturers worldwide
• Complete a minimum of one rotation on a different mission during the development pathway
