ServiceNow Developer (f/m)

Our team operates in an interdisciplinary and international environment, working on broad-scope projects for local and group clients. We work with the latest BPM platforms, data and AI solutions, and ERP systems, providing opportunities for growth in a friendly and self-motivated team. The developed solutions are based on the ServiceNow core, skipping the modules.

• At least 3 years of experience in the ServiceNow platform and custom application development using AppEngine.
• Advanced knowledge of server-side and client-side scripting, Glide API, and platform scripting best practices.
• Experience in building and maintaining complex workflows and process automation.
• Strong knowledge of REST API integrations, including creating and consuming APIs, IntegrationHub, authentication methods, error handling, and monitoring.
• Experience with file-based integrations (CSV, XML, JSON), import sets, transform maps, scheduled file exchange mechanisms, MID Server integrations.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with external enterprise systems such as ERP and finance platforms.
• Solid understanding of ServiceNow data model, ACLs, security, and role-based access controls.
• Experience with custom tables, related lists, workspaces, portals, and configurable UI components.
• Knowledge of asynchronous processing and performance optimization.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues across applications and integrations.
• Experience working with source control and deployment processes (Update Sets).
• Ability to translate business requirements and solution architecture into technical solution designs.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

• Build solutions based on the ServiceNow platform to support Global Business Services (mainly accounting processes), incorporating platform-specific mechanisms.
• Participate and consult in design and solution concept creation.
• Understand and implement workflows, business rules, client scripting, and other aspects of ServiceNow.
• Key member of the development team, possibly leading the development process.
• Design and develop integration mechanisms, cooperating with other systems teams.
• Support Business Analysts.
• Close cooperation with Solution Architects.
• Document development processes and products including services, processes, policies, use cases, and workflows.
• Participate in continuous improvement of services and processes via analysis, maintenance, optimization, and problem resolution.
• Support incident and problem management as third-line support.
