Senior Java Developer – AI Integration and Microservices

Our client is a leader in the insurance industry, committed to revolutionizing claims management by building scalable, enterprise-grade backend solutions and intelligent automation systems.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Java enterprise development
• Strong knowledge of Spring and Spring Boot frameworks
• Practical experience with microservices architecture and basic knowledge of Kubernetes
• Proficiency with GIT, relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL), and transactional data systems
• Experience with testing tools like JUnit, Spock, Testcontainers, and automated CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with messaging systems and asynchronous integration techniques
• Ability to work autonomously with strong ownership mindset and collaborate in teams
• Proven experience delivering AI-based solutions or integrating ML/LLM services

Nice to have:

• Experience with Angular 14+ for full-stack development
• Hands-on experience designing AI solutions considering security, compliance, and enterprise constraints
• Product-oriented mindset with understanding of business processes

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Java services using Java 8/11/17/21 and Spring Boot frameworks aligned with claims management business needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration and delivery of scalable microservices solutions
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation to maintain software quality
• Implement architectures based on DDD, CQRS, Hexagonal Architecture, and EDA to support event-driven microservices ecosystems
• Utilize containerization and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes for deployment
• Develop and integrate AI-enabled components including automation, classification, and information extraction
• Actively contribute to Agile/Scrum teams, delivering end-to-end features with ownership
• Drive product stability and continual improvement in production environments
