Project Manager for Transaction Monitoring

• Experience in governance, oversight, and continuous management of Transaction Monitoring models and regulatory commitments
• Experience in model management including validation, remediation, and governance activities
• Understanding of financial crime strategy, risk priorities, regulatory requirements, and business needs
• Experience in model validation activities including handling findings, recommendations, limitations, and risks
• Ability to collaborate with Capability Leads, Model Owners, Subject Matter Experts, Model Risk Management, Financial Crime, Technology, and Operations stakeholders
• Experience coordinating priorities, dependencies, remediation activities, and governance outcomes across Transaction Monitoring initiatives
• Knowledge of the end-to-end model lifecycle including design, implementation, validation, approval, monitoring, change management, review, and retirement
• Ability to analyse validation results, performance metrics, risk insights, regulatory feedback, and stakeholder input to improve model effectiveness and compliance

• Take responsibility for governance, oversight, and continuous management of Transaction Monitoring models and related regulatory commitments
• Own and maintain the model management roadmap translating strategy and regulatory requirements into validation, remediation, and governance plans
• Drive model prioritisation balancing risk, regulatory commitments, and capacity
• Work closely with Capability Leads, Model Owners, and Subject Matter Experts to align model development and monitoring with business and regulatory needs
• Coordinate and oversee model validation activities ensuring documentation and remediation of findings
• Partner with Model Risk Management, Financial Crime, Technology, and Operations stakeholders for validation requirements
• Support coordination of model priorities, dependencies, remediation activities, and governance outcomes across initiatives
• Define and communicate governance priorities, validation outcomes, remediation plans, and success metrics
• Represent Transaction Monitoring models in governance, validation, and prioritisation forums
• Maintain an end-to-end view of the model lifecycle including design, validation, monitoring, change management, and retirement
• Use validation results, performance metrics, and regulatory feedback to identify improvement opportunities
• Oversee tracking and closure of model findings, audit observations, and regulatory commitments
• Understand dependencies across Transaction Monitoring, data, technology, operations, and Financial Crime capabilities
