Full Stack Developer (Go/Angular) in the EU

Andersen is hiring a Full Stack Developer (Go/Angular) to work on a scalable digital media platform for a leading public-service broadcaster. The broadcaster offers a broad range of content including news, entertainment, culture, and sports across multiple television channels and digital platforms. The project focuses on delivering and enhancing a broad digital media platform providing comprehensive coverage of global events and developments.

• Professional software development experience of 4.5+ years, with strong recent hands-on experience in Go and Angular/TypeScript.
• Strong full-stack development skills, contributing across both backend and frontend.
• Strong experience with Angular, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, RxJS, and NgRx.
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Understanding of DevOps practices.
• Experience with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, SQL, and Redis.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Terraform, and Ansible.
• Experience with WebSockets and messaging technologies such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• English language proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or above.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Rust.
• German language skills.

• Implement new features across the frontend (Angular, TypeScript, HTML, CSS) and backend (Go).
• Develop backend services in Go, integrating with MongoDB, SQL databases, and PostgreSQL caching.
• Develop reactive frontend components using RxJS and state management with NgRx.
• Implement event-driven architecture using Kafka/RabbitMQ and real-time communication using WebSockets.
• Implement messaging patterns and reliable data-processing pipelines.
• Integrate with GCP and on-premises systems.
• Containerize applications using Docker and deploy them to Google Cloud Platform.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and configuration management with Ansible.
• Collaborate with a team for deployments and infrastructure improvements.
• Deploy and monitor applications in cloud environments, focusing on scalability and performance.
