Project Manager for Transaction Monitoring

• Experience in governance, oversight, and management of Transaction Monitoring models and regulatory commitments
• Experience in model management, validation, remediation, and governance
• Understanding of financial crime strategy, risk priorities, and regulatory requirements
• Experience with model validation activities and associated documentation
• Strong collaboration skills with various stakeholders including Model Risk Management and Technology
• Experience coordinating priorities, dependencies, and governance across Transaction Monitoring initiatives
• Knowledge of the end-to-end model lifecycle, including design, validation, monitoring, and retirement
• Ability to analyze validation results and feedback to improve model performance

• Take responsibility for governance, oversight, and continuous management of Transaction Monitoring models and regulatory commitments
• Own and maintain the model management roadmap
• Drive model prioritisation activities balancing risk, commitments, and capacity
• Work closely with Capability Leads, Model Owners, and Subject Matter Experts to align model activities with business and regulatory expectations
• Coordinate and oversee model validation activities and documentation
• Partner with Model Risk Management, Financial Crime, Technology, and Operations stakeholders
• Support coordination of model priorities, dependencies, remediation, and governance outcomes
• Define and communicate model governance priorities and success measures
• Represent Transaction Monitoring models in governance and prioritisation forums
• Maintain an end-to-end view of the model lifecycle
• Use validation results and regulatory feedback to improve model effectiveness and compliance
• Oversee tracking and closure of model findings and regulatory commitments
• Understand and manage dependencies across Transaction Monitoring and related capabilities
