Senior IT Recruitment Partner – Banking Sector

This role involves working for a client that is a leader in the banking sector, focusing on IT recruitment that supports digital banking transformation projects.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in banking.
• Fluent in English and Polish, with high proficiency.
• Proven track record sourcing IT roles such as IT Developer, IT Business Analyst, and IT Team Leader.
• Ability to independently manage full recruitment lifecycle.
• Experience managing 10-15 positions simultaneously.
• Resilience and ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Previous experience with ATS systems is a strong plus.

• Conduct recruitment campaigns for mid- and senior-level IT roles in banking.
• Engage with hiring managers and senior stakeholders across locations to understand recruitment needs.
• Maintain daily contact with candidates and manage interview scheduling and HR stages.
• Provide updates, recruitment summaries, and strategic insights to hiring managers.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for internal positions and collaborate with external vendors for contractor sourcing.
• Execute direct search strategies to build and maintain pipelines of qualified IT candidates.
• Work with ATS system (B.Welcome), with provided training.
• Perform administrative tasks such as sending offers and coordinating candidate right-to-work verification in Poland.
