Senior IT Recruitment Partner – Banking Sector

ITDS is recruiting for a client in the banking sector, focusing on IT talent acquisition and digital banking projects.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in the banking sector.
• Fluent in Polish and English.
• Experience sourcing for roles including IT Developer, Banking IT Platform, IT Business Analyst, and IT Team Leader.
• Ability to manage full recruitment lifecycle independently.
• Resilience and experience handling multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Experience managing 10-15 recruitment positions simultaneously.

Nice to have:

• Previous experience working with ATS systems (training provided).

• Conduct recruitment campaigns for mid- and senior-level IT roles in banking.
• Engage with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to understand recruitment needs.
• Manage candidate contacts, interview scheduling, and HR stages daily.
• Provide updates, summaries, and strategic insights to hiring managers.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for internal roles and collaborate with external vendors.
• Execute direct search strategies to build and maintain IT candidate pipelines.
• Work with ATS (B.Welcome) with provided training.
• Perform administrative tasks such as sending offers and coordinating candidate right-to-work verification in Poland.
