Senior Business Analyst – Multifonds

The position is with ITDS, supporting a global financial institution in the securities services domain. The role focuses on operational and transformation initiatives within Transfer Agency and Trailer Fees processes, working in a highly regulated financial services environment.

• At least 3 years of experience in Transfer Agency
• Strong knowledge of Trailer Fees processes
• Experience as a Business Analyst or in operational roles
• Understanding of Multifonds or similar Transfer Agency systems
• Experience in financial services or banking environments
• Ability to collaborate with business and technical teams
• Experience supporting testing or UAT activities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills in international environments
• Fluent in Polish (C2) and English (B2)

• Analyze Transfer Agency processes with a focus on Trailer Fees
• Define and document business requirements and functional specifications
• Prepare and execute test scenarios and support testing activities
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements
• Collaborate with operations and IT teams to ensure solution alignment
• Support business readiness and transition activities
• Prepare user documentation and operational guidelines
• Provide support to end users during system and process changes
• Participate in stakeholder meetings and clarify business needs
• Ensure consistency and quality of delivered solutions
