Wymagania
- Bachelor or Master’s degree, preferably in computer science or comparable studies.
- Minimum experience in ticket management.
- Knowledge of PL/SQL is a plus.
- Good knowledge of English and Polish.
- Willingness to learn Italian.
- Availability to work in shifts and on-call.
- Availability to work in a hybrid mode or remotely with at least one office visit per week.
Obowiązki
- Provide 2nd line support for Automotive & Quality applications in customer plants, including workaround, resolution, analysis, and escalation for complex tickets.
- Provide 1st line support for advanced logistics processes using ticketing tools like JIRA and Team Foundation Server.
- Manage end-to-end communication with clients.
