Senior Business Analyst – Energy Market

Our client is a leader in the energy sector specializing in innovative solutions for the electrical energy market.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis within the energy or utilities sector, specifically in electricity markets
• Proven expertise in modeling with UML, Archimate, or BPMN (at least 3 years)
• Experience in GUI prototyping (minimum 3 years)
• Strong requirements gathering and business process modeling skills
• Deep understanding of the operation of retail energy markets
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly in Polish

Nice to have:

• Certifications in business analysis or process modeling (e.g., CBAP, CCBA)
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and legal documentation within the energy sector

• Develop detailed business analyses to support strategic decision-making
• Gather and define requirements for system changes within the IT landscape
• Analyze legal documents to assess their impact on business processes and system requirements
• Prepare comprehensive business document content, including templates for reports, presentations, and training materials
• Validate the completeness and accuracy of business documentation
• Create process diagrams, instructional materials, and technical documentation
• Conduct training sessions aligned with business needs
• Support development and testing activities for web portals within the IT system
• Facilitate internal and external consultations to ensure alignment
• Own specific business subdomains, ensuring continuous process improvement
• Collaborate effectively with IT system vendors and internal project teams
