Wymagania
- 5+ years of experience in release management, software delivery, project management, or similar roles.
- Proven experience managing complex releases from planning to production implementation.
- Strong understanding of software development, testing, UAT, deployment, and release lifecycle.
- Experience in Agile environments with cross-functional technical teams.
- Strong knowledge of release management principles, processes, and best practices.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple releases, projects, dependencies, and priorities.
- Ownership and accountability to drive activities to completion.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience identifying and managing technical and business risks in the release lifecycle.
- Ability to work with technical documentation and logs.
- Familiarity with Microservices Architecture, Docker, Kubernetes, and web technologies.
- Good understanding of Continuous Integration and CI/CD concepts.
- Ability to work effectively with global teams across time zones.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Fluent English, written and spoken.
- Highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused approach.
Nice to have:
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in SaaS, software, or technology environments.
- Experience with release automation and DevOps practices.
- Experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Experience leading release process transformation or large-scale continuous improvement.

- Strong understanding of software design patterns.

Obowiązki
- Own and lead the end-to-end release management process for complex releases.
- Lead and coordinate transition of solutions into production after UAT.
- Take ownership of post-release verification and testing.
- Manage multiple releases and initiatives simultaneously, prioritizing and coordinating resources.
- Continuously improve release-related processes, procedures, and standards.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability of releases.
- Establish consistent release management practices across teams.
- Collaborate with Engineering, QA, Product, DevOps, and other stakeholders for release readiness.
- Identify, assess, and manage release risks, dependencies, and business impacts.
- Lead release readiness reviews ensuring all testing, approvals, and documentation are complete.
- Act as escalation point for complex release issues and coordinate resolutions.
- Communicate release plans, timelines, risks, and status effectively to stakeholders.
- Coordinate post-release activities including verification, issue follow-up, and retrospectives.
- Analyze release performance and apply lessons learned for improvement.
- Lead or contribute to release management projects, automation, and transformation initiatives.
- Support and mentor less experienced team members.
