UX/UI Designer

Shiji Group provides software solutions and services for the hospitality, food service, retail and entertainment industries, including hotel management, food and beverage and retail systems, payment gateways, data management, online distribution and more.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer with a proven portfolio.
• Portfolio containing a variety of works in the field of digital products.
• Fluent written and spoken English (minimum B2 level).
• Proficient in or able to learn quickly Figma.
• Ability to translate business requirements into working functionality considering technological limitations.

Nice to have:

• Technical knowledge to understand product development.
• Experience working in B2B2C or B2B products and/or productivity software.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Experience working on mobile-first products or environments where mobile is a primary platform and user touchpoint.

• Build an enterprise-class product from the hospitality industry for prestigious market representatives.
• Responsible for the process of creating functionalities from business requirements analysis to pixel-perfect design.
• Co-create the company’s own Design System.
• Participate in an international team and develop as a designer.

Candidates must be based in the Silesia region with the office in Katowice and present at the office at least 4 times a month; fully remote work is not an option. Applications from distant locations will not be considered.
