Senior Fullstack Developer (Java, Angular)

The client is a leading company in the insurance industry in Poland, specializing in property and personal insurance. The company employs over 1000 IT professionals and also deals with debt collection and financial obligations support. It continuously updates its systems to enhance service efficiency and adopts modern IT solutions. Jit Team employs over 770 IT experts developing innovative solutions globally and offers professional development, benefits, and community support.

• Minimum 7 years of commercial experience in Java.
• Knowledge of Angular.
• Very good knowledge of Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Hibernate/JPA.
• Very good knowledge of Apache Kafka.
• Very good knowledge of SQL.
• Experience in designing and developing microservices.
• Experience in designing and implementing REST APIs.
• Experience in writing unit and integration tests.
• Ability to use AI tools supporting software development processes.

• Build and develop systems in microservice and monolithic architectures supporting claims reporting and handling.
• Design, implement, and maintain APIs and integrations between systems.
• Participate in system design and implement functional and non-functional requirements.
• Improve business processes by delivering efficient and scalable IT solutions.
• Develop automated tests and ensure code quality.
• Actively use AI tools and Agentic AI in requirements analysis, implementation, testing, and maintenance.
• Conduct and participate in code reviews using modern tools supporting code quality and security.
• Participate in Scrum events and collaborate within an Agile multidisciplinary team.
• Co-create software development standards, including AI utilization.
• Daily cooperation in knowledge exchange and continuous improvement delivering high-quality solutions for large-scale, high-transaction systems.

Work performed on B2B contract from Poland with hybrid work mode (minimum 1 day in the office per week).
