Senior Fullstack Java Developer

• Good knowledge of Java (>5 years).

• Participate in implementation and development of an Enterprise claims system, including configuration, parameterization, extensions, and integration with the client's system ecosystem.
• Analyze business and technical requirements and implement them using configuration mechanisms, product extensions, and dedicated components.
• Design, implement, and maintain integrations between the claims system and internal and external systems using API, events, integration services, and corporate architecture patterns.
• Collaborate with an international solution provider for requirements analysis, solution design, bug fixing, and product version planning.
• Assess standard system functionalities and recommend optimal approaches between configuration, product customization, and dedicated solutions development.
• Participate in designing system solutions considering functional, non-functional, regulatory, performance, security, and maintenance requirements.
• Support data migration processes, environment integrations, and organizational preparation for launching and developing the new claims platform.
• Ensure high quality of delivered solutions by developing automated tests, participating in integration and system tests, and applying software engineering best practices.
• Actively use AI tools and Agentic AI approaches in requirement analysis, solution design, implementation, testing, documentation, and system maintenance.
• Perform and participate in code reviews, configuration reviews, and integration solution reviews using modern tools supporting quality, security, and architectural compliance.
• Participate in scrum events and collaborate effectively with business, architecture, integration, testing teams, and the system provider.
• Co-create implementation standards, integration standards, and best practices for using boxed systems.
• Collaborate daily in an international project environment focused on knowledge exchange, continuous improvement, and successful implementation of a modern claims processing platform.
