• Fluency in English.
• Strong track record of delivering projects in large, complex, global Finance/Insurance or regulated industries (2-5+ years).
• Strong project, financial, and change management and facilitation skills.
• Excellent project planning, budgeting, scoping, costing, and scheduling abilities.
• Ability to build and maintain business relationships with stakeholders.
• Proven capability to create meaningful reports and summarize project health for stakeholders.
• Ability to drive mixed functional and geographic workstreams and coordinate unified business delivery.
• Experience working with both agile and classic project management methods.

Nice to have:

• Experience with SAP, preferably implementing S/4 HANA in financial and insurance environments.

• Drive multiple complex projects using formal project management techniques.
• Plan and follow-up on projects, including time scheduling, cost planning, resource management, and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with internal ERGO partners to resolve project planning issues.
• Facilitate design, planning, and implementation workshops with stakeholders.
• Proactively manage project risks and issues with mitigation plans.
• Manage project meetings, schedules, milestones, and delivery.
• Prepare project correspondence and presentations for reporting and updates.
• Ensure active tracking and management of all project costs.
• Coordinate the completion of documentation, project plans, change requests, and compliance gate requests timely.
• Build and maintain successful relationships with teams and business partners.
