Senior Banking Systems Business & IT Analyst

This role is for a client of ITDS, a leading institution in the banking industry focused on digital banking innovation and advanced banking systems and processes.

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in system analysis within the banking or financial sector.
• Proven skills in analyzing client needs and translating them into detailed functional specifications.
• Practical knowledge of integration concepts such as SOA, Web Services, REST and tools like SOAP UI or Postman.
• Experience designing microservices and documenting REST APIs with Swagger/YAML.
• Strong system modeling skills and proficiency in UML.
• Good command of SQL and understanding of distributed systems architecture.
• Experience with credit processes or banking operations is a strong plus.

Nice to have:

• Experience in credit analysis or banking process redesign.
• Certifications related to system architecture or banking.

• Collaborate with key bank departments to analyze requirements and support users during the definition of business needs.
• Independently manage assigned analytical topics and workflows, ensuring seamless communication and delivery.
• Create functional and system solutions, including process design, user interface mockups, and business rule modeling.
• Participate in technical solution design, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Support users during testing phases and coordinate the implementation process.
• Work closely with developers, testers, and product owners within Agile (SCRUM) methodologies.
