Senior Salesforce Engineer

For one of our clients in the fin-tech sector, we’re hiring a Senior Salesforce Engineer to join a fast-paced Salesforce team. This is a high-visibility position with broad stakeholder exposure and a strong engineering angle, including building modern front-ends against Salesforce and working with AI dev tools.

• Strong hands-on Salesforce engineering: Apex + LWC (Visualforce is a plus)
• Solid understanding of Salesforce configuration and data model
• Experience as a Lead very nice to have
• Comfortable working with Git and Jira
• Good English (B2/C1) and confidence working with senior stakeholders

• Building and extending Salesforce solutions using LWC, Apex, and Flows
• Configuring Salesforce (standard/custom objects, sharing rules, reporting) to match business needs
• Creating dashboards and analytics based on Salesforce data
• Owning delivery end-to-end: working with Product, managing the dev lifecycle, driving value to production
• Contributing to the team’s AI-accelerated development approach for faster, higher-quality Salesforce delivery
