Wymagania
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Portfolio Management, program management, large-scale initiatives, or similar roles in IT, digital, or product environments.
- Ability to understand broader system, work flow, and dependencies beyond individual initiatives.
- Experience working at the intersection of business, product, and technology.
- Good understanding of Lean Portfolio Management and practical experience with Agile and SAFe.
- Experience working with senior management and translating complex information into clear recommendations and decisions.
- Strong analytical skills and confidence in working with data.
- Focus on outcomes, business value, and time-to-value rather than only scope and schedule delivery.
- Independence, ownership, and willingness to question and simplify processes.
- Openness to experimenting with AI and new ways of working.
- Excellent communication skills in Polish and English.
Nice to have:
- SAFe certifications (LPM, SA, POPM, APM, or similar).
- Experience in Portfolio, PMO, VMO transformation or project-to-product model transformation.
- Knowledge of Flow Metrics, OKRs, Lean Budgeting, Participatory Budgeting, or Guardrails.
- Experience designing or simplifying organizational processes.
- Hands-on experience working with AI and building AI-powered solutions like agents, automations, workflows, or tools.
- Practical experience using GenAI for analysis, work automation, process improvement, and decision support.
- Experience with Jira, Jira Align, and Power BI or similar analytical tools.
Obowiązki
- Manage the portfolio of strategic and development initiatives, supporting decisions on what, why, when, and expected business outcomes.
- Share responsibility for the end-to-end initiative lifecycle from business need to delivery and value measurement.
- Collaborate with Management Board, Business Owners, Product Management, IT, and other stakeholders to shape portfolio priorities.
- Run and evolve Portfolio Kanban, ensuring smooth initiative flow.
- Identify and eliminate bottlenecks, unnecessary steps, and blocks in initiative processes.
- Simplify processes, governance, and rules for faster decision-making at appropriate organization levels.
- Use data and Flow Metrics to measure process effectiveness and identify bottlenecks.
- Prepare recommendations on priorities, sequencing, investments, and trade-offs between initiatives.
- Monitor portfolio for business impact, strategic objectives, costs, risks, and dependencies.
- Prepare clear decision-support materials for the Management Board and leaders.
- Identify and implement opportunities to leverage AI and automation in Portfolio Management and initiative lifecycle.
- Work with Agile and Business & System Analysis capabilities to continuously improve organizational operations.
