Systems/DevOps Engineer – Senior

SOFTSWISS is a company expanding its technology team with a focus on system engineering and DevOps roles.

• 3+ years of experience as a system engineer or SRE/DevOps
• Good understanding of Linux-like operating systems (administration and troubleshooting)
• Experience with configuration management systems (Ansible, Saltstack, Terraform, Pulumi)
• Experience with Kubernetes and Helm
• Experience with Kafka
• Experience with Postgres
• Experience with configuring Gitlab CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with domain management (CloudFlare, Route53)
• Experience with monitoring systems (Prometheus stack, Zabbix)
• Higher technical education
• Intermediate or higher English (B1+) and strong command of Russian

Nice to have:

• Experience with distributed systems
• Experience with Clickhouse
• Experience with Bash, Python, Go languages
• Experience with log aggregating systems (ELK, EFK stack)
• Experience with cloud provider services
• Experience with Agile frameworks (Kanban/Scrum)
• Ability to leverage AI-powered tools and platforms to optimize workflows and decision-making

• Communicate and collaborate with product development team and stakeholders
• Setup and maintain infrastructure for production and staging environments
• Support and develop Gitlab CI pipelines
• React to monitoring events with periodical day/night duties
• Improve infrastructure setup and maintenance processes
• Participate in the design of complex IT systems
