Clinical Project Manager - IQVIA Biotech - Oncology

• Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including more than 1 year of project management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Advanced knowledge of clinical project management and broad knowledge of related job areas.
• Knowledge of clinical trials conduct and skill in applying applicable clinical research regulatory requirements such as ICH GCP and local laws, regulations, and guidelines.

Project Management and Delivery:

• Participate in bid defense presentations and may lead presentations for smaller regional studies.
• Manage delivery and execution of smaller, less complex clinical studies.
• Develop integrated study management plans with the core project team.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, policies, and clinical research regulatory requirements (e.g., ICH GCP).
• Set objectives and assess performance of core project teams and sub-teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional groups to support milestone achievement and obstacle management.
• Monitor progress and prepare reports for stakeholders.
• Manage risks and lead problem-solving efforts.
• Identify quality risks and implement corrective and preventative action plans.
• Serve as primary or backup project contact with customers and manage vendor relationships as applicable.
• Build and lead cross-functional project teams.
• Ensure financial success and identify opportunities to accelerate activities.
• Manage changes in scope and change control processes.
• Identify lessons learned and implement best practices.
• Support staff development and mentor less experienced project team members.
