Technical IT PM

International Sensor Company is hiring for its international Group Digital Services team.

• Several years of managing technical IT projects in infrastructure, cloud, migration, or modernization.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud environments, and dependencies with enterprise applications.
• Ability to understand technical discussions, identify risks, and translate into clear decisions and plans.
• Proactive, hands-on approach with strong ownership mentality.
• Excellent stakeholder management across engineering, application specialists, business, management, and external partners.
• Strong organizational skills and pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset.
• Capability to manage multiple initiatives balancing priorities and timelines.
• Very good English communication skills; Polish is an advantage.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Azure and/or AWS environments.
• Experience with Jira, Microsoft 365, or similar collaboration and project management tools.
• Experience working in international and geographically distributed teams.
• Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2) and/or agile certifications.
• Experience managing technical workstreams within enterprise application implementation projects.

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of infrastructure, cloud, and technology projects.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
• Drive infrastructure initiatives within application implementations, migrations, and modernization.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, application teams, and partners to define priorities and plans.
• Translate technical requirements into structured project plans and deliverables.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies across infrastructure, cloud platforms, integrations, and applications.
• Identify and resolve project risks, technical challenges, and organizational obstacles.
• Coordinate activities across internal teams, stakeholders, international locations, vendors, and partners.
• Monitor project progress and budgets using Jira and provide status reporting and escalation.
• Maintain project documentation and contribute to continuous improvement of project delivery.
