ServiceNow Developer [M/F]

Stackmine is seeking an experienced professional for the role of ServiceNow Developer / Administrator responsible for development, maintenance, and optimization of the ServiceNow platform used in an international organization environment.

• Very good practical experience in configuring, developing, and maintaining the ServiceNow platform (on-premises experience is an advantage)
• Experience creating custom solutions on the ServiceNow platform
• Experience with DevOps practices on ServiceNow
• Knowledge of ServiceNow backend administration (on-premises is a plus)
• Experience in creating technical documentation (SOPs, manuals, knowledge base)
• Good knowledge of IT systems and their integration
• Knowledge of IT security standards
• Familiarity with integration technologies: REST, SOAP, SSO, LDAP
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (or equivalent)
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (or equivalent)

• Development, configuration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform including customizations and new functionalities
• Analysis of business requirements and preparation of technical solutions
• Creating, testing, and deploying changes and code in the ServiceNow environment
• Administration and maintenance of the platform focusing on performance, security, backups, and updates
• Managing ServiceNow integrations with external systems using REST, SOAP, LDAP, and SSO
• Incident resolution, error analysis and user support
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation, SOPs, and a knowledge base
