Mid-Level Data Scientist – Advanced Data Modeling and AI Expertise

The role is based in Warsaw with flexible remote work options. It involves working for a client specializing in sophisticated data mapping algorithms and quality control systems for product information. The company focuses on automating data categorization, optimizing parameters, and enhancing AI-driven recommendations in data management and AI deployment.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Data Scientist or related role.
• Proficiency in Python, Spark, and BigQuery for data processing.
• Strong knowledge of gradient boosting, Bayesian inference, and deep learning.
• Experience with AI technologies including Large Language Models (LLMs) and Agentic AI.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools; knowledge of Data Studio is a plus.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to work independently.
• Good command of Polish (fluent) and English (good command).
• Strong plus: Certifications in data science or AI.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.

• Design and develop advanced algorithms for data mapping and quality assurance processes.
• Identify business challenges and translate data into actionable insights.
• Conduct complex experiments using statistical methods and causal inference techniques.
• Implement and optimize modeling techniques including gradient boosting, Bayesian methods, deep learning, and generative AI (LLM, Agentic AI).
• Process and analyze large datasets with tools such as Python, Spark, and BigQuery.
• Maintain code quality, reusability, and version control practices.
• Create data visualizations and reports, preferably using Data Studio or similar tools.
