UX Researcher with German

Andersen is hiring a UX Researcher with German to work on a project focused on accessible, user-friendly digital interfaces and maintaining a consistent experience with the Nova Design System. The customer is a large infrastructure organization that operates and enhances complex, business-critical systems, investing in digital technologies, automation, and data-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency and reliability. The project involves creating UI components, high-fidelity prototypes, design specifications, style guides, and continuously enhancing the design system.

• Experience in UX Research for 2+ years
• Experience in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Design, or related fields
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) or Design
• Certifications in UX Research, UX Design, Design Thinking, or Usability Testing (e.g., Nielsen Norman Group UX Certification, UX Research Academy)
• Training in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or above
• German proficiency at Upper-Intermediate+ level or above

• Preparing user research reports summarizing key insights, pain points, and opportunities
• Analyzing surveys and findings, including response trends and statistical insights
• Creating user personas that define archetypical users and their needs
• Preparing user journey maps detailing end-to-end user interactions and friction points
• Developing service blueprints outlining touchpoints between users, frontstage, and backstage processes
• Preparing usability testing reports with performance metrics, identified issues, and improvement recommendations
• Developing research-backed design recommendations to support product development
