Application Manager

• Experience in IT service delivery or a similar function
• Good general technical experience in desktop/server/network administration, as well as software packaging and deployment
• Proven track record in IT operation coordination, test management, project and change management in an outsourced environment
• Experience with ITIL processes, asset and license management, cost management and service modeling
• Highly customer-minded, structured and organized, with excellent coordination and communication skills
• Ability to work independently, defining targets and prioritizing tasks in a demanding environment
• Team player, proactive and highly committed

• Manage the end-to-end application lifecycle and roadmap for a portfolio of applications connected to the unit's delivery areas
• Directly engage and collaborate with business stakeholders, capturing business needs, prioritizing activities, and reporting on outcomes and services
• Plan and drive functional and technical changes, including installations, solution improvements, integrations, upgrades, patching and software deployment
• Ensure adherence to architecture and security standards, and secure business operation continuity
• Lead small projects and contribute to global projects linked to the application service area
• Order services from and coordinate with external IT suppliers and internal teams, ensuring delivery on agreed outcomes
• Act as the key contact point for external providers, managing outsourced services including incident management, support and request fulfilment
• Manage asset, risk and license portfolio and budget related to your application portfolio, taking full ownership of related contracts
