Wymagania
- Higher education in IT, telecommunications, automation, electronics, or related fields.
- Professional experience in IT, preferably in hospitality, service, or related industries.
- Practical knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, and property management systems (PMS).
- Experience in administration of Microsoft 365 environment.
- Knowledge of computer networks and devices from Cisco and Fortinet.
- Familiarity with BMS and CCTV monitoring systems.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems.
- Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation.
- Ability to analyze business needs and implement appropriate technological solutions.
- Communicative knowledge of English.
- Independence, good organization skills, and ability to work under time pressure.
Obowiązki
- Build and manage a small IT team and develop its members' competencies.
- Oversee IT infrastructure and systems focusing on security and organizational business needs.
- Ensure proper functioning of building management systems (BMS), access control, and CCTV monitoring systems.
- Organize and coordinate technical support for employees.
- Administer computer hardware and network devices.
- Monitor and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN environments.
- Collaborate with IT service providers and technology partners.
- Support company departments with IT solutions and systems.
