Quality Assurance Engineer

Client: banking industry.

• Demonstrated experience in end-to-end testing, test strategising, and test plan development, preferably within SaaS/BaaS environments.
• Strong knowledge of test case design, test script creation, and test data management best practices.
• Excellent analytical skills for defect triaging, root cause analysis, and understanding complex system architectures (microservices, front-end).
• Ability to interrogate logs and utilise various debugging tools; familiarity with relevant technical environments.
• Exceptional communication skills for internal team coordination and direct client engagement during UAT.
• A proactive approach to identifying improvements and a strong commitment to enhancing overall QA capability.
• Ability to prioritise tasks effectively and balance comprehensive test coverage with business needs and release cycles.

• Strategise and develop comprehensive end-to-end test plans for new features and existing functionalities.
• Design, create, and maintain reusable test scripts and test cases; prepare and manage test data.
• Create detailed defect reports, triage, assign to relevant teams, investigate root causes, and understand tech stack/architecture.
• Interrogate logs and use debugging tools to identify issue sources; execute test cases diligently, balancing coverage with release cycles.
• Uphold quality standards across the Quality Engineering Chapter; coordinate with internal Engineering teams.
• Collaborate with clients for UAT, gather feedback, and facilitate internal coordination for findings.
• Share learnings from end-to-end testing with engineering teams to improve overall QA capability.
• Focus on testing and debugging within microservices architectures and front-end technologies.

Twice a week work from Warsaw office.
