Wymagania
- Experience providing IT support
- Very good knowledge of Windows 10/Windows 11 operating systems
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365/Office or Google Workspace suites
- Knowledge of networking concepts (LAN, VPN, WiFi)
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
- Good self-organization including prioritization skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Analytical and project-based approach to problem-solving
- Customer-oriented approach
- English language proficiency at B2 level
Nice to have:
- Education in IT-related fields
- Knowledge of MacOS, iOS, Android operating systems
- Experience with Jira and Confluence tools
- Experience writing scripts and creating automations
