Mid-Level Securities Transaction Capture Analyst

The role is for a leading financial institution specializing in securities processing and transaction control. It is based in Warszawa with a hybrid work model and involves supporting global financial operations across multiple international markets.

• At least 1 year of experience in securities transaction processing or related financial operations.
• Good command of English, with clear and effective communication skills.
• Strong computer literacy, especially in Excel and MS Outlook.
• Basic knowledge of financial instruments and market operations.
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work in capital markets and a determination to learn and solve complex issues.
• A degree is desirable but not essential.

Nice to have:

• Prior experience working with international markets or financial institutions.
• Knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.

• Process Capital Markets transactions including Equities, Bonds, FXs, Money Markets, Derivatives, and Collective Investments (Mutual, Hedge, Private Equity funds).
• Ensure technical and market validations of transactions to maintain integrity and compliance.
• Collaborate with Brokers, Custodian Banks, and Transfer Agents worldwide to facilitate smooth operations.
• Support global markets spanning North & Latin America, Europe, Middle East, Africa, Australia, and Asia.
• Contribute to resolving complex transaction issues through analytical thinking and problem resolution.
• Maintain accurate documentation and support continuous process improvement initiatives.
