Junior Capital Markets Transaction Capture Analyst

The role involves working for a leading international financial institution within the Securities Services Transaction Control Department in Warsaw, supporting the processing of capital markets transactions across various instruments including Equities, Bonds, FXs, Money Markets, Derivatives, and Collective Investments.

• 0+ years of experience or strong interest in capital markets or financial services
• Basic knowledge of financial instruments and markets
• Analytical mindset with the ability to work accurately under pressure
• Good command of English, with communicative proficiency
• Computer literacy, especially in MS Outlook and Excel
• Willingness to learn and develop expertise in transaction processing and validations

Nice to have:

• Degree in a relevant field (desirable but not critical)

• Process capital markets transactions with precision and efficiency
• Ensure technical and market validations of transactions across multiple financial instruments
• Handle a broad scope of instruments including equities, bonds, FXs, derivatives, and collective investments
• Collaborate with brokers, custodian banks, and transfer agents globally to facilitate transaction integrity
• Maintain accurate records and documentation to support compliance and audit procedures
• Support the team in solving complex transactional issues and improving process workflows
