• Fluency in English.
• 5+ years of successful experience managing IT infrastructure, workplace, or application projects in technically complex, dynamic environments.
• Experience preferably in global Finance/Insurance or regulated industries.
• Strong skills in project management, financial management, change management, and facilitation.
• Ability to lead projects maintaining business outcomes and priority constraints.
• Excellent communication skills managing diverging stakeholder interests.
• Competence in creating meaningful reports and summarizing project health for stakeholders.
• Skill in managing and tracking project costs and budgets.
• Ability to drive functional and geographic workstreams and coordinate delivery.
• Consulting and collaborative working style fostering accountability and sharing.
• Openness to developing less experienced PMs and building high performing teams.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of German language.

• Run and manage multiple complex projects with budgets of approximately £1m – £2m using formal project management techniques.
• Ensure projects meet timelines, business and technical requirements, and stay within budget.
• Create project charters defining scope, budget, resources, schedule, approach, and work sequencing.
• Drive project delivery ensuring compliance with IT requirements and smooth production transitions.
• Manage vendor relationships and resource utilization, minimizing external resource use.
• Establish and maintain effective work relationships with stakeholders as a key contact.
• Identify and mitigate issues and risks to keep projects on track.
• Monitor and report progress against milestones and budgets to Management and Executive Leadership.
• Actively track and manage all project costs in SAP and Clarity.
• Coordinate documentation, change requests, approvals, lifecycle steps, and compliance gate requests timely.
