Finance Technology Project Manager (f/m/x)

• At least 5 years of experience managing enterprise technology projects, including complex implementations or large-scale system enhancements
• Hands-on SAP FI/CO experience with a strong understanding of financial business processes, governance, controls, and technology-enabled transformation programs
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, third-party vendors, and multiple stakeholder groups in matrix organizations
• Solid knowledge of project delivery methodologies, software implementation lifecycles, testing coordination, deployment, and stabilization activities
• Professional project or program management certification (or equivalent) such as PMP and strong expertise in project planning, change management, risk management, and budget oversight
• Fluent English (C1) and willingness to work in a hybrid model with regular presence in the Warsaw office

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of and experience with Kyriba solutions

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technology initiatives supporting financial operations and business processes
• Create and manage project plans, timelines, dependencies, risk registers, deployment activities, and post-launch stabilization
• Coordinate governance activities, executive communications, project reporting, and decision-making processes
• Manage scope, budget, change requests, risks, issues, and escalation paths throughout project execution
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external delivery partners to translate business objectives into actionable project plans
• Oversee system implementations, integrations, testing, data migration activities, user readiness, deployment, and adoption
